Daniel J. Fluegel graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and began his practice as an attorney with the firm in 2000. In his practice, Dan represents both private and municipal government clients in Dakota County and throughout Minnesota.

Dan is currently the City Attorney for the Cities of Hastings, Vermillion and Miesville, the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Rosemount, and the Township attorney for Vermillion Township. In his private client practice, Dan represents individuals, families and businesses in all matters relating to estate planning and administration, real estate, business law and taxation.

Dan enjoys hunting, fishing and camping throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin and lives in Hastings with his wife and two children.
